Shipping and Returns Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders within the United States that are above $400

We Charge a flat rate of $13 per order anywhere within the USA (except during promo)

We are not responsible for custom fees, import duties, taxes and other applicable charges imposed by the importing country’s government; kindly check your country’s customs website for necessary guidelines.

We process your express orders within 2-3 business days; please allow processing time of up to 7 business days for regular orders

Processing times during sales, special events, holidays might be slightly different.

We DO NOT have specific processing times for ASOEBI orders; delivery times are based upon agreed date at the time of consultation

We will not be held responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages that have been delivered to your designated address.

Shipping fees are nonrefundable; refunds will only be considers if we made an error to your order

We are not responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide return shipping labels; a handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by customers at the time of delivery or returned due to an “undeliverable” or an incomplete address

All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days, allow 15- 20 business days for customized orders to be shipped.

All our shipment is sent through United States Postal Service Priority mail with the exception of SPECIAL REQUESTS where we will use Fedex, DHL and DHL Express

Returns are only accepted on products shipped by error or damaged. Items to be returned must remain in their original conditions with accompanying tags.

Items to be returned for an exchange must be on its way back to us not later than 3 days from  delivery date

We will gladly provide an exchange or store credit for items received that are unworn and in pristine condition.

To process your return, simply log-in to your account and follow the link to the individual order you want to return. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
